Shipping Policy

All books are handcrafted individually, which means production and shipping times depend on both the creation process and the availability of materials and books.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 4–12 weeks from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

Because materials are sourced in small batches, some orders may experience delays based on stock availability.

Once your order ships, you will receive confirmation and any available tracking information.

Please note:

  • 5-Moons is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside of our control.
  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • At this time, 5-Moons ships within the United States only. International shipping is planned for the future. Once available, international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes determined by the destination country. These charges will be the responsibility of the collector.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted nature of each piece, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives significantly damaged in a way that affects its usability. If this occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@5-Moons.com with clear photos, and we will review your case with care.

Craft & Liability

Every book is made by hand as part of a one-person process. Because of this, minor imperfections may be present. These are not defects, but part of the character of handmade work.

Additionally, 5-Moons is not responsible for:

  • imperfections or damage that occur before the book reaches us
  • any slight blemishes present in the original book itself

Unless explicitly stated, 5-Moons is not affiliated with any author, publisher, or artist. All original work, writing, and artwork belong fully to their respective creators, and all credit remains with them.
