We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives significantly damaged in a way that affects its usability. If this occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@5-Moons.com with clear photos, and we will review your case with care.

All 5-Moons editions are handcrafted individually. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 4–12 weeks from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

Because materials and books are sourced in small batches, occasional delays may occur based on availability. Once your order ships, you will receive confirmation and any available tracking information.

5-Moons is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside of our control. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
